1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 789p platform at 789p.lv, registering an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. 789p reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Do not share your login details with any other person. 789p will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message asking for your credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on 789p are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted or displayed on the platform.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games played on 789p are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

• Bet settlement: All bets are settled according to the official result of the event or game outcome. Settled results are final once confirmed by the platform system.
• Cancelled events: In the event of a sports fixture cancellation or postponement, bets will be handled in accordance with the betting rules displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• Live casino: Baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other live dealer games are streamed in real time. Game results are determined by live dealer action and are subject to the rules of each individual game title.
• Slot games and fish games: These games use random number generation. Results are independent for each game round. Past outcomes do not influence future results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 789p shall not be liable for:
